Founded in 1989, Cambridge Hanover is a privately held real estate investment firm that acquires investment opportunities in the market of office buildings, bulk distribution warehouses, and light assembly buildings.  We work professionally with a national network of leading real estate brokers, institutional owners, and corporate tenants to acquire properties for our portfolios.  We renovate, re-tenant and/or restructure lease arrangements as necessary and responsively manage each property to maximize tenant occupancy and satisfaction.  We specialize in creating value through the sourcing and repositioning of underperforming properties.

The objectives of our investments are to provide cash distributions with the potential for capital appreciation, along with modest tax shelter, an inflation hedge, and estate planning advantages for our investors.
