Jonathan P. Garrity
President & CEO

Mr. Garrity serves as the President and CEO of Cambridge Hanover. He has more than 40 years of experience in the acquisition, leasing, financing, redevelopment, and management of commercial real estate properties and has a proven track record of managing risk and realizing value. Over his career, he has overseen the planning and development of industrial and office properties totaling in excess of 7 million square feet, and has acquired and/or redeveloped commercial real estate projects in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Prior to founding Cambridge Hanover, Mr. Garrity served as Vice President and Regional Manager of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, a national real estate development company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, where he led the firm’s Metropolitan New York region. Mr. Garrity received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College.

Nancy A. Laskowski
Chief Operating Officer

Nancy Laskowski serves as Chief Operating Officer for Cambridge Hanover and has been with the company for more than ten years.  Nancy manages the day to day operations of the company and oversees multiple types of transactions from start to finish, including leases, financings, acquisitions, and dispositions, working closely with attorneys, lenders, mortgage brokers, and property managers.  In addition, Nancy works on underwriting and cash flow projections as well as oversees investor relations.  Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University, graduating summa cum laude.  Nancy is a passionate animal lover and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ciara Sanchez
Controller

Ciara Sanchez is an experienced accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry.  Ciara serves as Controller at Cambridge Hanover and manages all accounting functions of the company’s portfolio, overseeing all tax related matters, financial reporting, and property budgets.  Before joining Cambridge Hanover, Ciara worked in public accounting for five years with a focus in tax and audit.  Ciara earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT, graduating summa cum laude in both programs.  When Ciara is not working, she enjoys getting outdoors with her family, boating, being a foodie, and traveling to new places, and has even been sky diving which was one of her favorite experiences.

Tyler Gilsenan
Vice President – Leasing, Acquisitions, & Property Management

Tyler Gilsenan joined Cambridge Hanover in 2016 and serves as Vice President – Leasing, Acquisitions, & Property Management.  Tyler’s primary responsibilities include leasing and marketing, property management, construction management, and assisting with acquisitions and dispositions.  Tyler graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Finance.  In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf and hockey, traveling, and relaxing with his friends and family.
