Located at the center of Orlando’s Industrial district with great access to the city, airport, and other regional distribution points, Cambridge Hanover purchased this corporate surplus facility in 1995 from Eckerd Drugs. Cambridge Hanover completed substantial renovations to the property, including re-roofing, re-paving, and upgrading the building, while also accommodating Eckerd Drugs’ need for a short-term lease for a portion of the building. Subsequently, the renovated facility was leased long-term to AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation, a $180 billion publicly-traded company that is an industry leader in the field of wholesale drugs. Upon AmerisourceBergen vacating at the end of its extended lease term, Cambridge Hanover leased the building to Whirlpool Corporation. Cambridge Hanover sold the building in June 2017 to a publicly-traded REIT.
