Prominently located in Cavalier Industrial Park off I-64 and near I-664 and I-264, Cambridge Hanover acquired the Bay Warehouses in 2002.  Subsequently, Cambridge Hanover initiated a program to lengthen lease terms, increase acreage available for trailer storage, and attract non-logistics tenants, including Kohler and General Dynamics.  In 2005, Cambridge Hanover sold the property to a publicly traded REIT.
