When Cambridge Hanover acquired this corporately owned property in 2005, the facility was in disrepair and could not accommodate multiple tenants. In order to maximize value, Cambridge Hanover fully refurbished and reconfigured the building into a multi-tenant facility in order to meet market demand and appeal to tenants, including Konica Minolta. Renovations included demolishing an exterior truck dock, installing a new dock area providing a 170 foot truck court, installing new dock doors, building new office suites, and improving landscaping. These renovations, combined with its prominent location in Cavalier Industrial Park, positioned the property for sale in 2007.
