Cambridge Hanover purchased Sullyfield Circle in 2016 from three local businessmen who purchased the building out of foreclosure. The building, which was 15% leased at purchase, was designed as a multi-tenant building, and although there were tenants in the market that were interested in leasing space, they were unwilling to move forward with an inexperienced landlord. In order to reposition the asset, Cambridge Hanover completed select cosmetic improvements and subsequently executed a long-term lease with Northrop Grumman for the remaining vacant space, executing a multi-million dollar construction project to install the tenant. Cambridge Hanover sold the property to a real estate fund in 2019.
