This single tenant property, previously owned by Bridgestone Firestone, was acquired by Cambridge Hanover in 1996 after the previous investor/developer Bridgestone Firestone contracted with could not perform.  With General Electric in hand to lease a portion of the property, Cambridge Hanover completed the transaction, immediately addressed GE’s tenant improvements, and converted the building into a multi-tenant facility, also leasing the space to Hann & DePalma, a pharmaceutical fulfillment company.  In 1997, Cambridge Hanover sold the property.
