Located about 20 miles northwest of New York City, Cambridge Hanover purchased the Totowa Business Center in 1997 and conducted a top-to-bottom redevelopment of the property that included the demolition of more than 50,000 square feet of existing structure and a complete re-skinning of the building.  Upon completion, Unilever Best Foods leased 45% of the renovated $28 million facility, with the remainder leased to four additional tenants, including Price Waterhouse Coopers and Mellon Bank.  Cambridge Hanover sold its interest in the property in 2007.
