Upon purchasing this corporate surplus property in 2007, 60 days from contract, Cambridge Hanover entered into a three-month leaseback as an accommodation to the seller’s relocation needs.  During this time, Cambridge Hanover immediately began a program to correct deferred maintenance and initiate an aggressive marketing program to lease the vacant facility, ultimately successfully leasing the entire building.  Tenants included Re-Source USA, The Kroger Company, and Vestcom International. The building was sold to a private REIT in October 2014.
