Cambridge Hanover purchased this facility in 2005 as a single-tenant parts distribution center and critical mission facility for Volvo Group North America, which signed a long-term commitment to the property.  The design of the property, which was originally structured as a multi-tenant building, allows for the property to be leased on a multi-tenant basis, thereby maximizing rental growth and delivering to market leasing units in greatest demand. Cambridge Hanover sold the building to a private REIT in October 2014.
