Cambridge Hanover immediately commenced a re-tenanting program, installing demising walls and individual office suites, and brought occupancy up to 100% with four tenants, including Cardinal Health 200, Inc., a $25 billion publicly traded leader in the field of wholesale drugs. In 2006, Cambridge Hanover sold the property.
